How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Because perfume is classified as a flammable hazardous material, it must ship by ground, so we cannot ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. What is your return policy?

Full-size products purchased at alamarafragrance.com may be returned within 21 days of delivery if unopened or gently used (a few sprays, at least 95% of the bottle remaining, in the original box). Email info@alamarafragrance.com for a Return Authorization and a free prepaid return label. A processing fee of 10% or $10 per item (whichever is greater) is deducted from refunds, or choose store credit with no fee. Discovery sets, samples, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. Damaged items must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery and are exchanged, not refunded. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

How long does the fragrance last?

Longevity varies with skin type, climate, and how much you apply. Our extrait de parfum is our most concentrated formula, crafted for a rich scent and long-lasting wear. For best results, apply to pulse points on moisturized skin.
