Full-size products purchased at alamarafragrance.com may be returned within 21 days of delivery if unopened or gently used (a few sprays, at least 95% of the bottle remaining, in the original box). Email info@alamarafragrance.com for a Return Authorization and a free prepaid return label. A processing fee of 10% or $10 per item (whichever is greater) is deducted from refunds, or choose store credit with no fee. Discovery sets, samples, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.
